Live Conference Streaming

Taking your conference to your audience – virtually

We’ve been providing live conference streaming for a number of years now, made possible by our continued investment in high end audio visual equipment.

Up until recently, streaming was mainly used on shows where for one reason or another a proportion of the guests couldn’t physically attend a conference to see and participate in what was happening, live. Plus, anyone who couldn’t be there live could watch the stream later on-demand.

Now, in the era of social distancing, streaming is absolutely essential for your conference to still actually take place – only digitally.

We can film, shoot and broadcast live content and stream this online so your guests can access your latest conference, update or board meeting from the comfort of their own home on any connected device, via websites, apps, secure intranets, social media channels and more.

We provide all audio-visual equipment – state of the art for the best possible results – and crew to make this happen, from broadcast 4k cameras, through to vision mixers, microphones, lighting and secure encoding.

Three Options for your Virtual Conference

1. Webinar

We provide a professionally streamed webinar that moves you from using the standard free or paid for solutions – where managing multiple remote presenters and asking them to share their slides and videos can be a challenge and problematic – to a high end professional production where the presenters simply present and we worry about the technical!

Our webinars are streamed live via a microsite branded to your company or theme, and allow for multiple remote presenters, slides, videos, picture in pictures, Q and A sessions and allow for audience participation and interaction. We can even provide virtual clickers for all remote presenters!

2. Live ‘Studio’

Again we stream to a personalised microsite but this solution allows the key presenter or presenters to present (sufficiently socially distanced, of course), from a ‘TV Studio’ environment whether at a venue or your office.

We can still integrate remote presenters into the show but this route gives a much more authentic and real event feel with key hosts and presenters actually delivering their message in a professional studio environment. We can even put your presenters into a virtual environment!

All high-end conference equipment from broadcast quality cameras, remote PTZ cameras right through to full presenter support who can use slides, videos, voting apps, plus we can control exactly what the audience sees and change that throughout the event. In addition, the audience has a number of ways to interact with the presenters and ask questions making the show highly engaging.

3. Virtual Conference – Hybrid Event

This option allows for a live audience (socially distanced as necessary) at a venue but also a proportion of your delegates able to register and view the conference remotely live.

Accessed via a branded microsite, guests see live footage and audio from the conference room as if they were in attendance. We vision mix-in slides, videos and all content so no one misses a thing. Having a smaller audience attending also allows those who wish to be there that opportunity to experience the show first-hand, but gives a genuine feel of a traditional
conference even for those not in attendance physically.

As you would expect, guests at home can interact with presenters live via a number of solutions, including voting apps, chat, Q&A and can ‘dial in’ for physical questions if required.
