Job Summary:

Bright Vision Events is seeking an organised, proactive, and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our office team. In this key role, you will provide crucial support to our Events and Sales departments, helping to drive business growth and ensuring seamless daily operations. Ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills and a background in the hospitality industry. Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Marketing Support:

  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Director to assist with venue sourcing, expanding networks, and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with key venues, fostering long-term relationships and collaborative opportunities.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, and promotional products.
  • Work with the Marketing Executive to track and analyse customer data, ensuring data accuracy to drive strategic sales decisions.
  • Participate in Familiarization (FAM) trips and industry conferences to support sales and marketing initiatives.

 

Office Support:

  • Provide administrative assistance to Event Managers, responding to queries and ensuring efficient completion of tasks.
  • Handle general office duties, including answering phones, managing enquiries, and preparing materials or logistics for upcoming events.
  • Collaborate with the accounts department to assist with billing, invoicing, and other financial tasks, ensuring timely processing.
  • Offer on-site support during live events as required

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or sales support role, ideally within the hospitality or events industry.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Type: Full-Time
Salary: £28k – £32k (dependent on experience)
