After splitting the group into teams, we will begin with a warm-up pizza tossing relay challenge.
This is followed by our chef giving a pizza making demonstration to include making and fermenting dough, knife handling skills, health and safety (no cooking experience required, only a passion for excellent pizza!). What could be better for team building and creating a bit of Health and Wellbeing?
This will be a fun and enjoyable team session with lots of skills to learn. Teams will have to produce pizzas, a home-made tomato sauce, fresh pasta dough using our pasta machines and a fresh pesto to dress the pasta (pasta can be served hot or cold) and they will also be able to master the perfect Caesar salad with our Chefs.
The Chefs will come and judge each team based on some key criteria, including teamwork and presentation.
Guests then sit down together to enjoy what they have made.
