Before starting, we get you into the spirit and mood of the occasion with a complimentary cocktail. Then working with your colleagues in small groups, you will be guided by an experienced professional who will put you at ease and show you various techniques, tastes and tricks of the trade. The great advantage of working in small groups around your own bar is that there will be minimal waiting and more interaction between guests.
Using your own bar equipment – and of course your inspiration and ideas – you get the opportunity to create your own perfect cocktail. You will learn how to make some of ‘The Classics’ plus how to layer cocktails and also have a go at a few flair tricks. Tom Cruise eat your heart out!!
There is always a bit of healthy competition as each aspiring bar tender chooses their own ingredients and competes against other teams to create that extra special and unforgettable cocktail…
At the end you present your cocktail, explaining the inspiration behind your team’s creation, including its alcoholic content and any cryptic personal messages.
