This testimonial is for an evening event that we ran for our client 3M. The event took place at the superb Ardencote Manor Hotel, near Warwick, on 24th January 2017. Evening events are often used at the end of a team building day or a conference, but work just as well as a standalone activity. Whatever our clients want to use the event for, coming up with entertainment ideas that will guarantee a memorable evening is what really counts. In this instance 3M chose our popular Night at the Races theme to entertain their 48 guests.
3M’s A Night at the Races Evening Event
As with all of our evening events the basic concept of A Night at the Races remains the same – in this case betting on the horses. However, we always adapt it to suit the needs of every client.
In this instance, the evening entertainment featuring the A Night at the Races theme was delivered during the dinner. There were 6 horse races for guests to ‘bet’ on, all named after the client. Each race took place between the various courses to keep the fun going throughout the evening.
The guests entered fully into the spirit of things with many getting dressed up in themed costumes.
As always, we provided all of the audio visual support and dressed the room in a horse racing theme. The theme included horse racing themed table centres and wireless up-lighting for dramatic effect.
