At Bright Vision Events, conference production is one of the main areas of our business. It’s always gratifying when we receive a testimonial from a satisfied client. In this case it is doubly gratifying, as we received the two testimonials from this client, Bausch + Lomb, from two different people.
The Details of This Conference Production
This was a conference that we designed and produced for Bausch and Lomb, a leading contact lens company. The conference took place on 27th and 28th June 2016, at the superb Ardencote Manor Hotel in Claverdon, Warwickshire.
The conference was for 100 guests, all of whom were clients of Bausch + Lomb. It’s purpose was to launch their latest revolutionary ‘Beultra’ contact lenses. A big and very important event, so it was vital to get everything right.
The full day conference took place in the hotel’s main plenary room. Some additional syndicate rooms were also used, featuring different aspects of the company’s products using interactive displays. One syndicate room, was set up in the style of an Opticians where guests could have their eyes tested and an opportunity to try out the new lenses. Mirrors, of course, were provided along with hand sanitisers, an example of the attention to detail that we believe is so important to a successful conference.
The main plenary room’s set-up comprised a bespoke corner set containing three screens. HD projection, moving lights and complete switching and vision mixing capabilities were also featured. The set was attended on the day by our 5 man crew to make sure everything ran smoothly, along with an additional 3 crew for set-up and breakdown after the conference.
