In June 2015, we delivered full conference production services for Camelot UK Lotteries’ staff sales conference, at The Hilton Hotel, Wembley. The conference was attended by 250 delegates.
We Provided a Range of Conference Production and Management Services
Our work included the provision of a bespoke set and stage build complete with LED strip lighting, all sound, HD laser projection and intelligent moving lighting supported by a complete LED static lighting solution.
Following a detailed planning process, we delivered the conference with a crew of 7 over 3 days. We also supported all of the evening entertainment requirements, including a live band, the DJ and the on stage entertainment.
