This testimonial is from our client Banner, the leading office and facilities supplies company, for our work on their annual sales conference, on 28th April 2016, at the superb Pinewood Film Studios. Our brief was to implement a unique company team building activity day for them, which would engage, train and motivate the sales team. Equally important was the need to help to bring together the two sides of their recently merged business.
The central part of our recommendation was for a team building activity which required the teams to make a ‘mini film’, thus reflecting the location.
Key Objectives for This Team Building Activity
The aim was to provide attendees with a company team building activity to boost morale and bring the teams together. In addition the activity needed to allow every attendee the opportunity to take part whether they were outgoing or a more reserved member of team.
The client also wanted to extend the event into the evening dinner featuring a prize giving ceremony.
