On 14th May 2016, we provided complete conference management and production services for United Bank’s 2016 conference. The venue was the prestigious Woodland Grange Conference Centre in Leamington Spa.

The conference included the launch of the important new company values for communication to the staff. It also included external training speakers as well as internal staff presenting key material.
Our work included:
- Complete audio visual support for the morning conference
- Set and stage design and construction
- Team building activities, featuring a mixed programme that included firing of real Napoleonic mortars, Crossbows, Air Rifle Shooting, Axe and Knife Throwing and a Rocket Launch Finale
- Evening theming and entertainment. The dinner featured a Wild West theme. We themed the whole room to include: life size props, backdrops, table centres, table linen, lighting and activities which included a rodeo bull and saloon bar shoot-out!
